Google Bad Review 1: I came in for a balayage refresh and roots 3 weeks ago and am dismayed with the results. My hair is now brittle, dry, and I have had significant hair loss. The top of my head is covered in broken hairs which stand up. I have never had such experience getting my hair colored. Not to mention that the shade of my balayage is much much lighter than planned- practically blond.
During the appointment, I had balayage tint on my hair for over 2 hours, and what was supposed to be a 5 minute toner treatment became a 20 minute treatment, evidently to hide that the shade of the balayage had become too light. When I inquired the specialist about this, she assured me the shade would be as planned and dismissively said I could come back for another toner treatment ( paid ) if needed.
I am dismayed with the outcome and it will now take months – and a lot of money, to get my hair back to where it was. As the days pass, my hair is becoming increasingly dry, brittle and broken. Whether this is a result of neglect in terms of leaving the products for too long, or quality of product, or both, this is unacceptable. I will never go back to this salon.
