Google Bad Review 1: Terrible service . Had to wait more then 30 minutes for drinks orders . Food were awful. Won't recommend for next time . Waiter was rude also .

Google Bad Review (2): Very poor delivery service. I ordered online for delivery and select a hour time slot of an hour for the food to be delivered to my house. About 20 minutes later I received a call from the restaurant stating that my delivery will be 50 minutes late as the delivery driver hadn’t turned up. So I asked for the food to be made so that I can collect at the time when my food was supposed to be delivered to my house. The manager/member of staff said ok. I arrive at the manager then says to me that he said that the food won’t be ready till 1 hour later as now the chef said he can’t get it ready.
I was furious as I had finished work and I had a young child to feed. I asked for my money to be refunded to my card. The manager flaps around with the card machine for about 5 minutes and says to me I don’t know how to refund my money on my card. He says to me can’t I retrieve the funds from my own card?!! What a criminal!
The manager then stated that he doesn’t know what to do. I tell him he would have to refund me in cash. He opens the till and says he doesn’t have enough money in the till. He eventually ask her colleagues for £20 and refunds me my money which is £31. I received no apology. This is the worst service I have ever received by any restaurant. It is clear to me that the staff have never run a proper business in the lives.
I won’t be using them again. Advice to the staff that if the business is run like this for much longer I cannot see the business surviving.
