Google Bad Review (2): Awful service! The rude receptionist was constantly huffing and puffing. It was my first time wearing glasses and I needed help to choose what was right for me, she seemed so uninterested and it felt more like she wanted to flog me something. I took my prescription and decided to go Hammersmith instead. Very close I highly recommend steering clear of these rude people.
