Google Bad Review 1: Advise for all people thinking about buying from Fujitsu: Stay away from this company. I bought a laptop from them, when I received it it was not working so sent it back to the factory. They tested it said everything was fine so there is nothing they wanted to do but when I asked them the report their reply was “Sadly our hardware diagnostic tool does not produce a report at the end and so I cannot forward this to you”. That means that they did not run any test whatsoever and will always do their best to rip their customers off.
