Google Bad Review (2): Very bad customer service, rude management.
We ordered a mixed grill and various veg dishes. After 45 minutes we politely asked how much longer the food would be and were told by the waiter Pritesh that the food would still be a further 10 minutes. Have informed them that we had been waiting 45 minutes and this was not acceptable, the waiter started arguing with us. We then asked for the veg food to be brought out whilst we waited for the non veg. We were told this would not be be possible. I then asked them to cancel the mixed grill to which the waiter and his manager came to our table shouting at us. Stating their meats aren’t part cooked that’s why it’s taking 45 minutes. This was a load of rubbish!!’ He then cancelled our whole order. Very very bad experience and I would certainly not recommend this place to anybody!
