Google Bad Review: Disappointing and frustrating to say the least.
I visited the store last week to try and then buy a couple of pairs of shoes. They didn’t have in stock all models.
I left my details, called the following day to arrange for other models to be delivered, turned up again and nothing had happened.
I came all the way from another part London, wasted time, effort, travelling costs though I had made sure to confirm and reconfirm what I wanted to buy. Yet at Freed’s they didn’t think these things matter.
Putting the blame on another staff member doesn’t solve the issue, having a catalogue full of products and hardly any in stock is not acceptable, especially with products one has to try on before making a decision.
Above all, not making an effort to handle and resolve an issue not caused by the client is unprofessional and serious lack of basic customer service.
