Google Bad Review 1: Please do not buy a ring or any type of jewellery from Fraser Hart. I bought an engagement ring from here in November by January the ring is almost completely useless!! It has lost a diamond from it and part of the white gold ring that holds the diamond in place has snapped off. I have Taken the ring back to the shop and they have tried to say the ring has been involved in a accident. We tried to explain that the ring has not been involved in a accident. The shop assistant then went on to explain that Fraser Hart jewellery is not meant to be worn on a daily basis it is meant for OCCASIONAL USE ONLY!! this includes their wedding and engagement rings!
Fraser Hart has accepted no responsiblity for the ring although a lot of the reviews on here have stated they have had the same problem as me. They are going to send the ring away to the manufacturer (probably Thailand) where a lot of the other rings go to be fixed and we have been told we will almost certainly be charged for the ring repair.
The sentiment behind this ring has now been lost and if you are buying your loved one a ring please do not buy one from here the quality and after care service is terrible.
I can honestly say the quality of rings in Argos would be better than here!

Google Bad Review (2): Very poor Customer Service, distrusting of their Customers. Poor knowledge of luxury brands that they sell, ie Gucci and have had an item of jewellery for 7 plus weeks and unable to provide a repair date. Varied stories from Staff both at Bluewater Store and Head Office. This Company has an amazing amount of meetings as Paul Owen, Retail Manager can never be contacted. So much for supporting the brands as he describes in his interview in various publications. I did not want to rate this with any stars, but it would not let me post this without clicking at least one!!
