Google Bad Review 1: Chicken was a Big Disappointment in-fact the whole dinner experience was. How can some one get grilled chicken so wrong? Undercooked, rushed, half cold chicken. The sauces were an insult to injury absolutely nothing special there either,, they tasted like shop bought sauces. Franzos has no concept, no recipes of their own or any uniqueness other than a failed attempt in becoming Nando's. But seriously they are miles behind Nando's. Lots of catching up to do here. But as a paying customer the food quality, taste, the extremely poor sauces experience are just not worth the price when you can get far better in same kind of price range elsewhere which translates in to low value for money.
I instantly regretted not having gone to Nando's in ilford which is less than half a mile away. Not recommended and I wont bother again.
