Google Bad Review 1: Food, as always, is fantastic. But my god the main hostess had a serious attitude problem when we went to the Kings Cross branch last night. We'd been there an hour and when we asked when our pizza's would arrive – because everything was clearly going slowly. She blamed a large takeaway order and then added, with venom, ‘well actually i saw you finishing off your starters not long ago, so you haven't been waiting long'. And then gave us a massive eyeball roll. Someone give Miss Marple a time-out, or better, a job washing the plates (poor plates).

Google Bad Review (2): Very poor service. Made me wait so much. Also the only guy serving was more concern with setting up tables that taking our order. Seriously bad. These people need more training. Also the waiter saw I was writing this review and starting having a go at me and saying that he would not serve and invited me to leave because I explain the reason for doing it… Very unhappy… This was on Sunday 26th of June. I have taken long to add it because I was a bit nervous when I did it and I placed the complaint in pizza union by mistake when I should have added here!
