Google Bad Review: Just had to walk out of Franco Manca Bromley due to the awful experience. They do not even deserve the 1 star!
My partner and I ordered our food (2 drinks, salad, burrata & 2 pizzas) at 5:57pm. By 6:27pm our starter had not yet arrived. 10 mins later a waiter brought our starter over saying the chefs has misplaced our ticket.
We noticed several tables that had been seated after us had already eaten & we’re actually leaving! One table in particular, who again, was seated well after us, was given the same excuse about the chefs misplacing their ticket, was served their mains before us.
Once we saw this we decided to get up & leave. One waitress who noticed we were leaving (there were only 3 waiters/waitresses btw for the whole restaurant!) looked at us & could just about mutter “sorry”. No explanation was given, nothing.
I will certainly never return to Franco Manca Bromley & advise others not to go either. You will only be left disappointed.
