Google Bad Review 1:  VERY DISAPPOINTED!
I've been bringing my stuff to print to this company in the past, it looks that no the same people are working there. I've always been happy with the service, with the old staff service, but yesterday I went to print a black and white spreads I just needed them on low gsm paper. I arrived at 15:30 but one of the girls told me that the person in charge to print my design was having lunch, she told me to come back one hour later or tomorrow, I decided to come back in a hour, but they couldn't fit my pen drive in the computer…, they told me to send the document via mail, I did so. In the morning, I called them to know if they had received my mail, they told me yes and apologized for the late reply. I sent the document in spreads, they told me I have to send it in separate single pages because they can't print it that way, (really ??? ) so I said ok, I will send it in single pages, I asked when I could go to pick it up, she said on friday.( two days later).
Honestly, I went there many times to this place before, to print more complex things, in colour and on a quality paper, and they didn't do that to me. I felt very disappointed after spending all the day travelling from sydenham on a bus 45 minutes go and 45 minutes come back, waiting an hour for someone who has to come from lunch to print my stuff, (nobody around knew how to do it,?) then they told me my pen drive doesn't fit in the computer, ( it fits all the computer I tested it on) then they replied late in the morning ( I called, otherwise I don't know what would happened) then they told me they couldn't print in spreads, then they said to come to pick it up on friday ( two days later)….
I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone, I don't know what happened here but, it became a very bad service.

Google Bad Review (2):  Very unprofessional. I went there to get some printing done on paper that I had specifically purchased for the purpose. The sheet size was A4 which was clearly marked on the packaging.

However there was a lady at the counter who insisted it was not A4 and that it would not fit into their printers!

When i compared my sheet to the ones they sell, she said there was a marginal difference and that the company has been in the priting business for years and knows better!

she then would not let me talk to a senior person in the team and flat out rejected my business.

I find that so bizzare. they need to check on who they hire to man the front desk!
