Google Bad Review 1:  Good cut very expensive ! no signage in the shop proir to the cut its self , £26 for a hair cut, How much for just a cut without the two hair washes ,hot towel and some massage ,I never asked for
NO SIGNAGE IN THE SHOP ANYWHERE. If I new it was that much I would have gone elsewhere

Google Bad Review (2):  I came to my evening appointment on time, but had to wait for another 15 minutes, which I didn't mind at all, especially considering the complementary drinks. What I did mind however, was that my barber took a lot of liberty in interpreting the photo I showed him. I felt like he was imposing his idea of how I should look like without listening to how I would like him to cut my hair. The whole appointment felt very rushed. In the end, I wasn't happy with my haircut, and didn't feel like I had the space to address it. I don't think that I will return.
