Google Bad Review 1: I called five times in the past two weeks to get a let board removed. I've been promised five times, and the message has been passed onto the manager Kylie, who is clearly not bothered about my enquiry. They sound helpful but they're not.

Rented flat via this “agency” and turned out cancer patient next door can’t leave next to a dog. Later landlord admitted that agency told him about our dog after agreement has been signed even so we were clear about it (even sent pic of our pet before as requested). Decided to move out out to not cause harm for that old lady. Agreement was we will pay agency commission upfront for remaining months and if agency will rent it again then we’ll get it back for those months when they willl have new tenants. It was rented two months later.
Once I’ve requested to pay me back those commission then festival of misinformation started. Initially they said commission has been sent to landlord (agency commission?!). Clarified with landlord it wasn’t the case. Then they requested written proof about agreement as guy dealing with our case isn’t working there any more. Notoriously they were ignoring my mails. It turned out that from all that situation where family with small baby had to move out in a rush they’ve earned agency commission twice – what I’ve paid upfront and from new tenants. Don’t use them at all and contact only over the emails to have digitilized proofs of all communication.
