Google Bad Review 1: Avoid at all costs if you're a tenant. The agents here are nice though pushy, the issue is with property managers once you rent.

We were shown a property in 5 mins during the lockdown and all the issues had been been hidden with mastery (a hole in the bedroom to start with, mould, unlockable doors, broken furniture, professional cleaning was not done and this was also noted in the inventory). We have logged all issues in the tracker and anytime we call to check on the status, our property manager says she'll update by end of day and never does. That's been like it for 2 months now. Now she even started denying herself on the phone! I thought she was just lazy but turns out this is the modus operandi of all of them.

Some of their replies are hilarious and make you question if you're talking to a bot sometimes. For a wall covered in mould to the point of creating a hole WHERE WE SLEEP we were told to ‘wipe it ourselves and then let them know if it came back'. For a door that doesn't lock and a mattress that is as old as the flat and has lost all its firmess leaving the springs at a third degree encounter with your spine we were asked to ‘send a picture to show the issue'. The app doesn't allow to put videos in, and if you try sending a video in any other way they won't open it.

I wish I had 5 stars to report on, but unfortunately my experience so far has been substandard to say the least. Will Foxtons customer service change my mind? Stay tuned. In the meantime, please do yourself a favour and avoid not only this branch, but Foxtons in general. You'll dodge a bullet.
