Google Bad Review: Mo has just left my house without letting me know he has left and switched his phone to voicemail.
Marquee was not stabilised properly at my house for an event I was hosting. I spent two hours on the day of my event trying to find sand bags and brick to keep it upright due to the sloppy job that was carried out. When mo arrived to take down the marquee I explained the issues and his business partner rightly said yes we should have put something there but they did not. I asked for a discount due to the inconvenience due to which they said they would discuss it over and come back to me. They have just left my house without letting me know and did not discuss any sort of compensation for the inconvenience. If you want to ensure things run smoothly on the night then I’d advise not to go with this company as you can’t guarantee a stress free night. Once they make their money they don’t care about customer service. It’s a shame as I thought they were reasonable guys and would try and make things right but leaving the house without letting anyone know and not securing my property leaving us vulnerable just to avoid dealing with the matter is absolutely poor..
