Google Bad Review 1: Just walked in here with my tiny chihuahua to get pizza for TAKEAWAY. Was almost promptly by a timid waiter told dogs not allowed bc of the open kitchen; no offer was suggested that I wait outside whilst I still placed my order. Apparently I was wanted out of there IMMEDIATELY.

So now you lost a customer permanently. Typical London.

Google Bad Review (2): Was so disappointed in my last visit to 400 Rabbits in Crystal Palace. My partner and I took some friends after a couple of good visits there, and I’m sad to say the service and quality of food was not up to their usual standard.

Firstly, it’s important to manage customer’s expectations. If the kitchen is busy and there’s a delay just tell people. Most won’t mind. It’s better than leaving people waiting for an hour for pizza – that wasn’t worth waiting for.

And when some of the pizzas did arrive, you could tell they had been sat there for a while as the cheese had started to re-solidify. When my pizza arrived, the order was wrong, and the waiting staff new the order was wrong. They asked if I minded but I didn’t want to make a fuss… “the chef did this anyway, do you mind?” I think it’s cheeky to acknowledge they got it wrong, and ask if I minded because they could tell that I wasn’t going to be rude about it. Would they have done that to a man? Probably not.

You can just tell the kitchen couldn’t handle the orders and it meant the standard of the food slipped which is so disappointing. We also waited 30 mins for some pardon peppers that ended up being cold and flaccid.

I didn’t want to complain at the time, as I honestly hate making a fuss, and the two lads who were serving were very polite. We also got charged a service fee (which I would always pay anyway knowing what it’s like to be waitress), but the staff knew service was slow, the food not up to standard and the order was wrong but there was no acknowledgement of that on the bill.

My friends were not impressed and I was left embarrassed and paid for a pizza I didn’t order…
