Google Bad Review 1: So I thought about writing for this review for a while but today was the straw that broke the camel's back as I have burnt my left hand and side in my shower.
I've had shower issues since August 2020 and contacted Fore Street Electricals for a replacement shower. They gave me a replacement unit which an electrician couldn't fit due to some issues with the way it was manufactured. I contacted them for another replacement and they sent the exact same make and model. Once I contacted them again they said they wouldn't be able to sort anything out for me until January 2021.
But they gave a solution of turning off the electric to the shower, press the power button on and off then turn the electric back on. Basically, the cheat code for Konami to take a shower or I risk being covered in ice cold water and then burnt. I'm sure if a customer purchased something from them and they said “I'll pay you in 2021” things would have been resolved sooner.
Merry Christmas … Or it would have been.

Google Bad Review (2): Does not even deserve 0 stars.The proprietor is a crook; the absolute scum of the earth, a quasi-illiterate swindler and a chauvinist pig to boot. I pity the those employed here and anyone in association with these crass and vile people. Go to B&Q instead. Do not spend your hard-earned money in a place like this, and deposit it into the pockets of this vulgar new money individual. Avoid like the plague.
