Google Bad Review 1: If you have a food poisoning complaint referred to Food Alert, don't expect a neutral investigation from them. They are in the pay of the restaurant you complained to and so will find the report in their favour. My serious complaint of food poisoning was dismissed, despite the fact myself and my party only met with each other and ate together on the premises of the Corinthia Hotel. This vital point seemed irrelevant to Food Alert and I guess they think it's normal that a whole group of people can coincidentally and separately get food poisoning at the same time.
