Google Bad Review 1: I brought my Samsung s20 for change the back, that was broken. They fixed it but after a couple hours the front started to break, from the base to all over the top.
When i went back to show the problem the manager only neglected that the blame was on them, instead to try to be helpful.
When he asked me why i came back after 2 days i had to remind him that he was closed for christmas day and boxing day.
After i made him undestand he should have at least offer a solution, he offered me to change the front at 110£, on top of the 45+10 i already spent in their shop.
Basically i got in with the backpart of my broken phone to get fixed and i ended up with the front damaged, which is even worst.
Is enough to check on google, to undestand that is an issue that can happen when a smartphone isn't closed back properly, causing too much pressure on the front.
But the guy didn't know, even if is part of his job.
I don't remember a similar disappointment and unprofessionalism.
I wouldn't recomend you this shop at all.

Google Bad Review (2): I bought a device which was overheating, and kept turning off. Took it back, and explained the issue with the handset, they asked to have a look at it, less than 10 mins later brought the phone back and said that there was no fault in the device. I was rather disappointed that their assessment seemed not genuine, rushed and poorly done. I asked how they tested the device they then were unable to provide an explanation, and I was passed from one sales persons, to another until I got upset and demanded to speak to the manager. Clearly by this point, I made my concerns on the safety of the product to the manager. He apologised and said I was not entitled to a refund or even to be given a replacement.
Really poor customer service and satisfaction on this occasion. I have really learnt my lesson, to go to the trusted retailers in the future.
