Google Bad Review 1: As useful as a chocolate teapot. Chap turns up, runs a tester through the plug to tell me that he can't find nothing wrong with the machine. Thereafter tries to spin a yarn that he magnanimously will not charge the £64 labour fee (What labour? connecting his tester to the appliance's plug?) and he'll be happy with £20 cash. Clearly explained to him that if he wants £20 he'll have to go to court and for the £20… well, tax dodger.
