Google Bad Review 1: I enquired about using this company in order to update my home, but not sell it. I wanted to continue living in it once all costs had been paid. I was rudely informed that they do not offer this service, even though on the website FAQ it clearly states:
“Q: Can I Flyp my home even if I don't want to sell it?
A: How you use your property is up to you, we’re here to maximise its value and potential, for any purpose………. If it’s for personal use, you’re going to get an improved home, with a higher value that earns you more when you decide to sell.”
I asked if I have their tenants in my house in order to fund the renovation as per their business model, and then front the additional costs that need to be covered. I was again rudely told, no it will be too expensive for me????
I asked why in tat case does their FAQ section state that you can Flyp for personal use and suggested that they remove the section from the FAQ if it is not true, I received no response and 6 months later it is still up on the website?
Why advertise a service that you do not fulfill?

Google Good Review: Amazing company! Absolute miracle workers when it came to the stressful process of selling a home whilst abroad. I always felt like I was included in the process without having to do the heavy lifting. When my estate agent suggested doing the home up, I'll admit I hesitated but after seeing their proposal, and now what's been done to speed the sale along by way of home improvements, I couldn't be more pleased. If I'm selling ever again, they will be my first call.
