Google Bad Review 1: If we could do minus for ratings then this would be the ideal star.
Every customer has a different experience however this was not a nice one for myself.
I rang the shop up to be spoken to abruptly and constantly silenced through the conversation.
My partners birthday was coming up and I wanted to get her some flowers. I had the idea of roses bouquet. The lady on the phone started saying ‘no you can't have them, she will not like them. I said excuse me, you do not know my girlfriend. She then said don't be so rude. I was stunned! We then had a argument for her stubborn attitude. Real shame

Google Bad Review (2): I came here today looking for a bouquet for my colleague's leaving do and was willing to spend the extra to make it look real special. After about 20 minutes of waiting I was presented with a bunch of lifeless, dull and limp flowers that were more suited for a funeral. I wasn't impressed and cancelled the order. Won't be coming back in a hurry! The lady admitted that she was only helping out as the owner is away on holiday.
