Google Bad Review 1: I gave you a one star review due to the way you're teaching. I didn't really appreciate the way you taught me, you were so rude and harsh the way you teach. When I was there taking your class you handled me so poorly that it traumatized me untill now, I just can't move on, it lingers on my mind. You made my self confidence very low that I was so scared to talk to my family and friends that I might commit mistakes in speaking English. Over all I think you have a attitude problem that you took it all out to me your frustrations on that day. I will take the exam without your help ma'am, I regret taking your class. I'm not sensitive as what you've said I just feel that I was not treated right. Anyways thank you! GOD SPEED!

Google Bad Review (2): Nearly 2 months ago I aplied for EILTS course there and I paid for 3 weeks(for start) which was 234 £. Especially I asked for the responsible manager to start from the beginning whith the new beginner class because I didn’t know nothing about EILTS and she said to me okey. A few days later which was on Monday I started my lessons but I realised that day I was with mix people, just 2 people were new like me. The other poeple had already taken the exam before and they knew the exam how it is. At the first lesson the teacher gave us straight away reading essay examples without explain anything so much. I was really disappointed and upset. I understood that with this school I will not go far away because everything was clearly theatre. I told everything after the lessons finished at that day. I wanted to leave the course and I “kindly” asked my money back. But she told me “Honey you can’t take your money back” she said and I left and never came back there. My 234£ is gone for nothing.
