Google Bad Review (2): My locker was broken into and the club Manager completely failed to handle the incident. They did not provide the police with the CCTV footage that they requested due to a lack of understanding of the system, and the club Manager ignored all of my emails regarding the incident.
There was a complete disregard for my concerns and an absence of respect for a long time member.
I reported my concerns to the Head Office, who did have the decency to response, but were more concerned with protecting their own interests rather than dealing with the shortfalls in customer service and basic operations.
I would suggest avoiding this Club at all costs – it cost me a sentimental and valuable item!
