Google Bad Review 1: Staff are treated horribly. Management does not care about Safeguarding and staff and children aren't always in ratio. Horribly understaffed. One staff was alone with 7 babies! Staff are overworked and sometimes have to stay until night and overtime is NOT paid. Staff members AND management have been heard to make RACIST comments about Black children. New staff join for a more “Islamic setting” but management are not afraid to show their internalised Islamophobia. They disrespect Niqabis and love to lie. They will try to give you false medical advice then not give any remorse when they end up making you more sick or end up in hospitals. No Islamic ideals at all. Children with special needs are not given the care that is needed. Management gaslight staff members for management's mistakes. Lack of communication between management and staff, often some staff seem isolated from the whole nursery. Management listen in on conversations through CCTV and yell at you for complaining about the nursery standards. Everything you see on the website is fake and the rooms were set up only for that day – children do not have that great of a time every day. Staff are taught to yell at children and are only nice to parents. Staff are taught to lie to parents when their kid has misbehaved, or if a child has injured another. Most staff members are nice but management will make you loathe the place. Do not bring your children here. Do not work here. You and/or your children will not be smiling after a few months.

Google Bad Review (2): Would not recommend, management are known to bully staff around, talk all day, do no work and leave work to others. Many staff have left from here because of a bad atmosphere and biased views of lower staff.
