Google Bad Review (2): I've ordered from here twice and both times some of the pizza toppings were missing (including ones that had an additional charge), the food was cold and once the starter with the dips was missing. I can't even say the food was good- it was ‘okay'. Mistakes happen but there was no apology or replacement/refund of the items that hadn't arrived. Judging by the other comments, it's clear they haven't done anything to improve their service or quality of food over the years. I won't ever be going back as there are MUCH better options around.
