Google Bad Review: Dreadful service. Not Recommended at all. The Groomer was Rude and Patronising and then sent Nasty Messages to my Vunable Elderly Client regarding the Condition of her Elderly Dog. Not Recommended.
Thank you for your Reply. You were extremely Rude towards the Owner of the Dog in question. And upset her with the emails you sent regarding the condition of her coat. The lady in question is 87 yrs old and the comments that we made by yourself deeply upset her. My client is bed bound and unable to fully mobilise therefore she can't Bath or Groom her dog as well as in the past. I appreciate your comments and will take them on board. Please in the future have more consideration for other peoples Situation. Miss J. Farmaner
