Google Good Review: I live in Johannesburg and my dad was living on her own in London since my mom passed away 3 years ago. My dad always suffered from depression and anxiety since he was a teenager, but it has worsened in the past 3 years. A year ago, my dad suffered a severe depression and anxiety and was admitted at the mental hospital for 6 months and I came home. I was scared and feeling hopeless because during that period it seemed that his world has shut down. He would just be sleeping all day, barely ate and wouldn’t respond to any conversation. I attempted twice taking him back home, unfortunately the carers from that agency couldn’t help much even though they did try their best. Then one day I bumped into a friend of my dad who is a medical director recommended Cristine and has arranged a meeting with me and my dad. My dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer just a month before he was admitted at the mental health. Cristine said it will be very challenging for a couple of months, but we will help him get through it. Cristine and her team did a very outstanding job day and night dealing and helping him get through his anxiety and depression. After a few months he was out and about enjoying long walks at the park, going to theatres and movies, dining out and entertaining family and friends who visited him. Unfortunately, his cancer worsened in just 8 months and advised the palliative team that he would like to stay in his own home as care team looking after him very well. Sadly, cancer took my dad away. Outstanding Feelcare team in their job, very supporting, ABOVE AND BEYOND. They were all very kind, caring, loving and helpful. My dad felt loved and very safe with her amazing team. I am thankful and very grateful for the love and care my dad felt during his last 10 months.
