Google Bad Review 1: I bedroom restoration
We had a full contract based on step and stages on phases that he called it.
2 Star only because the work that he didn’t do and his team mates did is amazing.
Everything was going well even when unexpected workloads was agreed upon, all of a sudden he got his team to skip over the phases and paint mid-way excellently, even though the old sockets were not taken out and the walls not filled and evened out all lumpy and uneven walls to which he blamed using an non-arterial expensive paint which is nonsense and the dark colour which to is nonsense as my done my brothers room with the same paint on a new raw plaster wall and had no issues of the wall mounting out, also once laced out the solid flooring decided to paint again and plaster the walls that are uneven form my brand new high class flooring stained with gloss paint and dent on many section, adhesive layer on skirting to colour the wood flooring which will soon enough peel off as natural wood changes Sze in season.
Restored bedroom door was cut from base but never smoothed even though I had mentioned it the paint is now chipping away after 1 days of me mentioning to him just to sand it down any wood that is cut must always been sanded down its common sense.
Overall in 1 month the workloads was awful but he’s sub-contractors were amazing hence the two stars.
Paid £3,500 for a bedroom to be restoration just for labour, and now I have to polish the socket and plugs they have paint, scraped the solid wooden flooring he’s manage to get gloss paint upon and re-coast the flooring.
I would have given him a 5 star and called it a day when final instalment was paid he started to lay out all the issues he had with my dark wall paint I choose and blame everything on me, even though md-way I did express that I would prefer to paint and him not to worry, 6 coats and still has gotten it right the brand was Farrow and Ball, contract also stated to restore the flooring prior to placing wooden flooring using 8mm plywood and he used 5mm plywood making my room a few mm shorter than the hall way.
I am happy to use his services again if he promises not to do anything himself, he’s a clumsy person than has a very heavy hand, and single minded who is always right and gets aggressive with you approach him.

Google Good Review: I have hired Fc Builder for a loft conversion and home renovation project in Notting Hill Gate where I was the architect. I would recommend them as they provided quality and speed.
