Google Bad Review 1: Don't waste your time with these jokers! Make you an offer of 90% Market value and then try to reduce it to 80% after an independent valuation confirms the value as accurate 2 weeks later I suspect the 5 star ratings are their own staff trying to scam more people!

Google Bad Review (2): Very good initially but soon as property has exchanged contracts went downhill catastrophically, arranged where all money's should be divided by me and ex partner which they then didn't adhere to, paid to get my money back same day (£42 charge for the privilege) which then wasn't sent can get no answers why this is the case as the 24/7 solicitors aren't answering the phone over several hours both to me and the receptionist (who was lovely to be fair) and now am stuck without the cash and need to contact the property ombudsman in a vague hope of resolution. Shame as it started so well
