Google Bad Review 1: We had a terrible experience with this company. The plumber they sent to us was extremely rude and unhelpful.
The first thing he said when we opened the door was the rate he was doing to charge us. The second thing he did was informing us that he had started counting the time. And the third thing he did was complaining the traffic on his way here.
The job was just a simple flexible tap tails replacing. I could have done it by myself but I was abroad at the time and my wife couldn't do it. The plumber spent 30 minutes walking between the bathroom and his van for a number of times, searching his tools and making phone calls, which made us feel he was deliberately spending as much time as possible to increase the fee.
He complained about the leaked water (very small residual amount from the pipe) getting his socks wet (well almost). He asked my wife to sort it out in a rude way. He also said my father-in-law's coughing didn't sound right and asked him to keep away. Yes he has lung cancer, what a good guess by him!
After checking his progress of the 30 minutes which was absolutely nothing done, my wife decided to ask him to leave. It was a right decision as by the progress he had in the first 30 minutes the whole job would easily charge us £500 at least.
We ended up with paying £70 for the unproductive 30 minutes, an ‘untouched' water tap and a disappointing and hurtful experience.

Google Bad Review (2): Easily the worst experience we've had with tradesmen to date.

One of the workers waited in van drinking and urinated repeatedly on garages of other residents on the block. When asked to stop he was verbally abusive to the residents, physically threatening and tried to obstruct us from getting back to our flat. The office had asked that we respect social distancing but this man was drunkenly squaring up to provoke a fight.
Called office and was told the man had just been fired yet he remained by the van and would not leave the estate. We note his photo is still on the company website. The office then charged the card details initially provided on our first call which they had said were only for security and not to be used for payment. The card declined so the same man entered the block and paced up and down the staircase threatening we'd need to call an ambulance if we didn't pay.
We were then given the bill of £260. This was to replace one Flexi pipe on a hot water tap. After almost calling the police on the man downstairs and explaining the rate had not been made clear, the bill was reluctantly discounted to £200. We agreed to pay this, the men all left and we then had to go and pour a bucket of water on the neighbours garage door and apologise to the other residents for the noise and aggravation.
Please note, rates are not clear. £60 call out fee + £60 PER 30 MIN + VAT (+ Parts). These seem deliberately ambiguous to take advantage of people who need urgent help. This was an unpleasant experience after having spent a day at home with no water.
Other than that we were happy with the work. Thanks to the young guy who got the job done.
