Google Bad Review 1: IMO this company are crooks. They charged £170 for 45 minutes of “cleaning” which was incredibly superficial. Staff demanded extra money in ‘under the counter' cash on the day. They were unable to provide official receipts for work provided. The managers were very rude and theaten legal action for leaving an honest bad review on here. I think the company relies on the desperation of people who have to move out and get their flat cleaned on a specific day, and use this to try to charge overinflated prices. They clearly had no intention of providing the agreed service. Could not be more disappointed. They didn't even try to clean the blinds (as agreed beforehand). They really should be shut down. Beware similar companies with the same name – as per other reviews, they appear to have multiple aliases, no doubt to avoid these honest reviews. If I knew how to report them to business standards etc, then I would.

Google Bad Review (2): The cleaners threw away or stole a key that unlocks the windows, the key was resting next to the window, very obvious. This now means that it is firstly coming out of our tenancy deposit for replacement.
We have evidence by way of a before cleaning photo which clearly shows the key resting next to the window. After cleaning, the key was no where to be found in the flat.
