Google Bad Review: I have booked this company to clean the oven after moving out of the property.
The oven was cleaned only partially and when I asked the company to return and complete the job they have claimed Terms & Conditions that state that all complaints need to be provided within 24 hrs of the service being provided.
Indeed I have contacted the company later than 24 hrs after the service however these terms & conditions have not been explicitly explained at the time of booking.
At the time of booking and on the day of cleaning I have advised both the company and the cleaners that I do not live in the property and will not be coming back to check as I was confident they would do a good professional job. They must have told me that I should return to check their job.. which they did not.
The company declined to provide service or refund (the service was not cheap).
They also claimed that it was impossible to clean the oven (why would it be impossible for a company that claims to provide professional oven cleaning?) and I had to get another company that was able to complete this work without any issues (but with extra cost for me).
This is unprofessional service and not treating customers fairly.
Would not recommend this company to anyone..
