Google Bad Review 1: Called Farewill on the day of my Uncles passing to arrange collection of his body and a Cremation , my call was answered and I was told that their busy and would call back, waited two hours no call back, phoned them again and was told they will call me back, never did receive the return call, waited for five hour, I gave up on them and called the Co-op funeral care, with in two hours my uncle was collected and Cremation seven days later. The cost was less than Farewill. Avoid Farewill if you don't want to make a stressful time much worse.

Google Bad Review (2): They sold my address to Pure Cremation who then sent me a letter. It wasn’t even my will they sold, it was my dads that had my address on and he didn’t even get as far as paying for it. Enquire with caution
