Google Bad Review 1: I came with a concern about a bit of swelling which they did somewhat address but they focused more on selling Botox and filler…which I never asked about. Perhaps they misunderstood the purpose of my appointment but I emailed beforehand that it was for swelling and never asked for facial rejuvenation at the consult either. But they mainly pointed out several flaws I hadn’t even noticed (some of which seemed more due to human error interpreting their technology than actual issues). I’m not a fan of a business model that offers unsolicited criticisms in order to make people feel the need to buy Botox etc
