Google Bad Review 1: Terrible service. Me and my twin brother had decided to get back into sun tanning. New residents to Willesden from Essex we found a salon. Bingo. The owner would have grossed £4000 extra from us each per year, guaranteed. However last night whilst trying to get unchanged in privacy, I hit my head on the metal ‘pull down door'.
To my surprise, the owner (with customers present) proceeded to raise her voice and insist I lift the flap up. (Why she didn't have a full length door for privacy we don't know. Not only had I hit my head hard (health and safety concerns) she proceeded to swear ‘fuuuuuuckingheelll' and accused me of breaking the door once I lifted it up. No asking if I was ok?
To emphasise, my manual movement of the door may have resulted in repair, because its a light and cheap ‘flap pull down' door which came up very quickly.
However, an electricians labour costs compared to the sure repeat business and definite positive word of mouth would have really been a strong long term investment and would have been very very positive for this woman's salon. (Only tanning in the area)
But with no professional attitude shown the owner proceeded to pace around, (frantically) with her phone in her hand, bumping into things whilst her customers were trying to relax. Panicking that she may have to get a repair sorted! Tragic and embarrassing behaviour, to watch a woman act so mortified and act so angelic.
Terrible.
My solution is replace the cheap garage-style door, it is not safe, you have lost our business and as a result shown no grace under pressure. No respect for a customer getting unchanged and no awareness of you're own customers.

Got there and there was a new lady to do my nails, I was not informed in advance, but thought I'd give her a chance…she was not confident at all and hurt me while removing my old gel, no attention to details, gossiping about her colleagues, unprofessional, I will never go back there. Disappointed…
