Google Bad Review 1: Not a nice optician.
I went there to get my glasses adjusted and although one staff member explained why they couldn’t do it in a polite way the manager was just like, “If your opticians can’t adjust them it’s not our problem” and talked the other staff off from not seeing me. This made me upset as I am a vulnerable adult with autism and I am not used to be spoken to like that- thank you.
