Google Bad Review 1: No Loyalty!
A little over three months ago I purchased a pair of glasses from Eye Emporium on Cricklewood Broadway at price of £284 including an eye test, which is not cheap!! At the time of purchase I was told that I could purchase another pair of glasses for half price, and that I would have three months to take up this offer. I have being going to Eye Emporium for over 30years. I have recently moved out of the area but wanted to give my custom to the smaller retailer rather go to Specsavers, where I was advised to go as they are cheaper and have great deals. A week over the three months offer I decided that I wanted to take up their offer of buying another pair of glasses, but I was told that the offer would no longer apply to me as I missed the cutoff point! I don’t like to leave negative reviews so I contacted the Eye Emporium’s customer service to see if they would honour this offer before writing this review. I called their customer service and was surprised that calls go straight to an answer machine. The first time I called a lady called me straight back and promised she would look into this and contact me when she knew more. She NEVER called me back or emailed, terrible customer service. I tried to chase it up and made several calls and left numerous messages, no one answered or called me back. Don’t make the same mistake as I did, go to Specsavers!
