Google Bad Review 1: Had a coat completely ruined. The lady did not even mentioned it and I had to check to realise how ruined it was. Left it as the shop as I cannot wear it again. And cherry on top, the lady did not even accept to refund me for the £10 cleaning! That is a shame (as I like to work with local companies) but will not come back.
