Google Good Review: I used Xperie for a bathroom refit, we completely gutted my bathroom and started from scratch. Abdul showed up when he said he would, provided a detailed quote with the breakdown and provided a payment schedule up front. The team were prompt, very polite and always tidied up after themselves. As with all building work there was the odd problem that I had to call Abdul about and for me it was his response that made him stand out. I got a response on the same day (usually within the hour) and he always got it sorted with a smile. I would completely trust Abdul and his team without hesitation to do any future work for me. Happy to talk to prospective customers directly, as I can’t recommend them enough!

Google Bad Review: Abdul and his crew were completely out of their depth on this £100k+ Victorian renovation and I ultimately fired them. They started with a good attitude but did almost everything wrong, attempting to defend themselves against my concerns, as the owner, until the architect or Building Control or the structural engineers told them they were wrong and to redo it. They didn't protect surfaces and ruined for example new windows they installed and my original Victorian tiled entrance way. They couldn't work out how to install a new window and so, without my permission, cut a hole through the 130 year old ceiling and floorboards above in order to hoist it up. They left a top floor isolation valve on and flooded my house over a weekend. The bath they installed leaked on first use. They ran several weeks over schedule, leaving me homeless. The extension roof leaked and was called “the worst I have ever seen” by two independent roofers and has had to be completely redone. They built the extension wall in the wrong place. They fitted underground drainage that did not comply with regulations and had to be dug up. I keep finding more things that they have got wrong as the weeks progress. The list goes on and on.
They continue to use photos and videos of my house on social media against my express, written wishes. ABDUL – STOP ADVERTISING YOUR BUSINESS WITH PICTURES AND VIDEOS OF MY HOUSE!
I absolutely do not recommend Abdul and Xperie / Experie
