Google Bad Review 1: The most unprofessional agents I've ever dealt with
Not just incompetent – getting anything fixed or sorted was an uphill struggle – but rude and aggressive. I feel sorry for the landlord – Excel used the same contractors for everything and they charged a fortune. Tas and Dino were terrible to deal with. Avoid!

Google Bad Review (2): Avoid this letting agency. We were tenants of a property which they managed for a year – the flat wasn't cleaned when we first moved in and when the boiler broke, it took them several months (including a lot of chasing by us) to have it fixed. Then, when we moved out, they alleged that we had damaged the property including the walls and underneath the bed and wanted to charge us £550 for it (without justifying the costs) so ensure that you check the initial inspection report very carefully when you first move in.
Then, when I rented another flat through them (but managed by the landlord who were very professional at all times before, during and after my tenancy), they called me to ask if I could transfer a month's rent to them and they would pay my landlord directly because my landlord's new bank account no. had not yet been set up. I was suspicious of this and spoke to my landlord who advised that they were in a dispute with Excel over debt and this was Excel's way of getting that money off them. Luckily, I managed to stop the payment to Excel.
BE VERY WARY AND CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH EXCEL.
