Google Bad Review 1: I regularly hire cars and have never experienced a service as bad as this. I had pre-paid and had all my documentation:
1. Queued for 2 hours to pick up the car. There were 4 people in front of me. When someone would finally acknowledge us, we asked what the cause of the delay was and was told it was because we all booked our cars for 8am – 10am. Why was it taking you 45 minutes per customer? Why didn't you open your doors until 10am? Why can't you handle 4 customers? Why are you blaming your customers for your absurd process?
2. When dropping off the car there were people in a queue also waiting to give their car back. After 15 mins of queuing with nobody around I went to find a guy and ask what the process was for dropping off cars. He said ‘be with you in a minute' and then after 10 minutes proceeded to go to the back of the long line of cars to check in that had formed and started to check-in from the most recent drop off. Why were you not servicing customers at the front of the queue?

Fix your process, acknowledge your customers, open on time.

Google Bad Review (2): I reserved a van and went to collect to the Kennington branch and sadly I waited 2 hours to be serve and finally I been told the reserved car is not here…very disappointed with the customer service, …please do not trust the online reservation system. Very bad experience
