Shocking experience!
Upon arrival the receptionist was friendly and once my consultation started everything seemed to be going fine until I under went a patch test for the fotona laser. The area was not cleaned and the clinician clearly did not have much experience with darker skin tones despite stating it would be fine and presenting herself like she knew the risk when she clearly did not. When the laser hit my skin a flame occurred and she acted like it was normal, this happened more than once until I stopped her. She denied ever seeing the flames and acted very peculiar. The flame irritated my skin, and could of potentially left serious burns if I had not stopped Beata. I definitely would not recommend this place a clear lack of safety for the patient and an irresponsible doctor.
Comment response: Beata that is not the truth at all, firstly I never asked you to raise any settings, secondly all darker skin tones should be assessed carefully before applying laser, and yes there were flames because you left me with a burn. I also never walked out without paying you spoke to your receptionist and did not request a payment because you knew you was in the wrong. I understand your frustration as this has clearly made you realise you need to study your practise more. I also told you I would not have another session with you as I feel uncomfortable with you and cyspera would work as I have tried it before, it's a shame you can't take accountability I am disappointed.
