Google Bad Review 1: Decided to use the service encouraged by the positive reviews. When arrived there’s quite a queue so I join it. When it’s my turn they start spraying my car without asking me what service I prefer. When I get the chance, I open the door and ask a member of the team if they accept card payments and he says they do. When they finish cleaning the outside, I get another chance to speak to one of them to say I’d just like the outside cleaned. One of them, who seems to be in charge of collecting payments, approaches me and says “Thank you”. I ask if I can pay by card and he goes “Nope”. I tell him I’m a bit confused, as his colleague told me just a couple minutes earlier they do accept card payments. He then goes “Nope. Who told you that?”. I point at the guy who told me and he goes again “Nope, cash only”. I then ask “Could I make you a bank transfer then please?” and he goes again “Nope”. I then suggest him they should probably put a sign up at the entrance to say they accept cash only. He goes, and I’m quoting, “You don’t tell me what to do. I’ve done this job 14 years”. I ask him what he wants me to do then and he goes “What do YOU want to do?”. I tell him I’ll find a cash machine and come back with the cash. Result: 20 minutes spen looking for a cash machine. Will they see me again? NOPE.
