Google Bad Review 1: I am still very upset with the whole experience. I had my teeth cleaned, it was very rushed and heavy handed and I was not offered a mouth rinse after like I've always had. Also after numbing my mouth and hurting my tough I was them told I couldn't be carried on with my filling as mouth isnt wide enough and need to be sedated. The who experience was awful.

Google Bad Review (2): I am very disappointed with the financial administration of this clinic. I cancelled a booked appointment for my wife and I was told that they cannot process a refund of my £30 deposit via the phone and I would have to come in and obtain a refund presenting my card by a certain time on the same day which I was unable to. I was assured by the receptionist that I will be getting my refund by the end of the month via the post and that the cheque had been processed, but then I called back a week later as I hadn't received anything in the post and another receptionist I spoke too said they are not allowed to send cheques through the post and said she will investigate the issue with her manager and get back to me. The very fact that the second receptionist I spoke too hadn't told me that the cheque was ready for collection suggests that it was done in the first place, and the first operator was incorrect (clueless) or lied. Anyhow, I had to go in to eventually pick up the cheque. I am shocked that they cannot process refunds over the phone and have to write a cheque which they are not even allowed to post. It seems that the staff are not in synchronisation with each other at this clinic and I am having severe doubts about my wife remaining registered at this practice after this incident. Also, I was informed that my wife can be registered on the NHS waiting list but can have a private dental appointment in the mean time, but the day my wife went in to hand her registration form in, she was then told by the receptionist that once she attends the dentist privatey she can't go back in NHS. I then called up about this and another lady told me this is untrue. I would like a sincere apology from this practice if they really care.
