Google Bad Review: Well I must say I was really disappointed with this gentleman, first he took my watch said he will test it over the weekend to see if it’s running ok, told me he will order a clasp extender. I called him on Tuesday he told me “great news is that the watch is running fine,nothing wrong with it,no need to do anything to the watch”, then told me to wait until the part arrives to see if it fits. Phoned him again on Friday, he told me “eerm not so great news sir the part which I ordered was an 18mm extender and it don’t fit, also I’ve noticed that the watch does stop and doesn’t run, so bad news is that I’ve aborted it, and cannot do anything to it as it’s no point trying to fix a watch that you cannot wear, also if I cannot find a part to extend it it’s useless”.
I thought weird of him to change his views one minute he said it’s working then it’s not. I think he didn’t actually try anything at all. So I decided to take the risk myself and I bought battery and a watch extender and guess what… voilla my watch works perfectly fine and it resets itself as well on the stop watch part. I also noticed that my watch needed a 16mm extender for the clasp not “18 mm as the so called expert told me. And guess what it fitted just fine and fits my hand perfectly.
Overall I feel this man was just a bit rude when I asked to collect my watch as he said he was getting pretty annoyed because he is trying to fix a difficult watch. Because people like me keep calling him
And interrupting him, well I am a customer after all and I am calling during your opening hours you muppet.It sounded like he had a big job which paid him Nicely and decided that my watch was a small money job and
Was not worth his time so he decided to throw a lot of porkies. It’s like he didn’t care and just told me “ where
Did you buy this from, it’s not good as you cannot fix it at all there’s no point in trying to do anything to it”.

It’s my fault I should’ve realised when I saw your web page. My bad!
