Google Bad Review 1: Have to agree with the other reviewer. Someone has posted on glass door that this is a fun place to work – a current employee in full-time work! Not a tutor then, probably yet again a director… Children in Care have often been subject to extreme forms of abuse!! How insensitive! This is a Mickey Mouse agency who has no idea about education.

Google Bad Review (2): Although I completely agree with the idea behind this agency and love working with vulnerable and disadvantaged students, I question the “employment” side – tutors are freelance, yet EE allocate the work and set the fee, but by not “employing” tutors, there is no holiday pay, sick pay or pension contribution – no employers costs. All this factored in makes the pay rates very low and I question the ethics of that together with the expectation that tutors will fund their own resources. To be honest, I have found other agencies to be fairer and the NTP too – and the rate of pay is higher. Yes, vulnerable students need good teaching but teachers need fair pay and conditions too. I noticed EE has been awarded some NTP work and I hope those tutors get the pay rates and provided resources in those instances – otherwise they should switch agency!
