Google Bad Review 1: Had a volume set done here. I had high hopes for this place based on the previous good reviews, but to be honest I was disappointed. As someone else noted below, they don't lash map so they were a bit asymmetrical. I have had lashes for about three years so am very familiar with the aftercare etc. Within the first 24h I lost probably over 50% of the lashes on one eye as they did not seem to be adhered properly and were just falling off in the wind walking down the street. For the high price paid, this really should not be happening and it's not something I've ever experienced before, having been to a lot of lash techs.
To their credit Envy sorted it out quickly and I was able to have them refilled the next day, but it was still pretty inconvenient and for this reason I would not return.

Google Bad Review (2): I paid £68 for a lash lift that didn’t lift my lashes at all. My lashes are really straight so if they were hard to lift that’s fine, just tell me and maybe give an advance warning? I’ve had successful lash lifts at other places so not very satisfied.
