Google Bad Review: I do not do negative feedback, but this is the exclusion. The humidity sensor stopped working in cyclone after a year and as the product was bought from eBay my complain was rejected on top of that it was suggested that this product was stolen and I could buy a sensor for £150, while the company advertises that it has lifetime warranty. Absolute NO for this company, its overpriced products and after sale service.
As far as your answer and unauthorised stockist are concerned I went to the most available source at the market i.e. eBay and your vent was purchased from the UK seller as a new one. Certainly, I have a proof for it. Unfortunately, it was not possible for me or anybody, who was involved in undertaking building project to know that your procuct should be bought from the authorised stockist.
By the way the difference between known brands (such as bosch, smasung,greenwood and others) and the small bandits brands is such that the first ones are taking their products and responsibility for them seriously even they are purchased via ebay and your rights are ALWAYS respected, the latters do not take any resposibility finding all possible excuses. I would like to remaind everyone that I paid over £300 for your vent with the sticker lifetime warrenty and when the vent faild my claim was rejected by the manufacturer.
I would like to warn people that bandits exist and they do not have to look far. After sample of your aftersale service I bought Greenwood vent instead again on ebay and I am more than happy with that choice.
