Google Bad Review 1: Very low quality product imported from China. I ordered hyperion pioneer decking but was very disappointed in the product which arrived dirty and stained. Delivery service was also appalling. Would avoid.

Google Bad Review (2): My wife and I would never normally post a negative review as we know that most businesses really try their best and sometimes things go wrong, however it is how you treat you customers when things go wrong that makes the difference. In our case order EB92839 has been a nightmare. We had previously used EB to buy 3.5K of decking and to be fair were really pleased and recommended EB products. That changed when we ordered a sofa in November 2020. We still have no sofa and today May 13th 2021 and were told that it could be another 6-7 weeks. So basically over 6 months to get a sofa. We have had excuse after excuse and zero proactivity from EB, chasing them time and time again. Enough is enough. I hope EB senior management such as James Brueton read this and take action!!!
